during chess games, there is a bar beside the clock that turns different colors, red, orange, and green. what does this thing mean?
and what good it that for a red/green colorblind person...interesting.
Well the bar also becomes more or less filled depending on the connection, so I don't think colorblind people would be confused.
thanks jposthuma I've been to scared to play live chess because I'm old and slow...but maybe one day I'll get to "maybe" see this bar.
I played OTB in almost 30 years about 12-13 months ago...I had a come back game and won, against a 12 year old. Later found out that the free chess clinic I was at, the teacher was his coach. phewwww
