White to play and mate in 4 moves without moving any piece twice .
last move is Nf8# = Ng5#
Of course not because any player will promote the pawn to queen , but if a player is sure that he can win with 3 knights then why not ?
Any way the puzzle is only for fun !
u r right KOJER
very nice ....
There's at least one other solution:
1. Kf7 Kh7 2. Nf5 Kh8 3. Ng6+ Kh7 4. Ng5#
Yes caveatcanis , there are more than one solution .
AIUI there has been at least one master-level game that finished K+3N v K+N, presumably because White had to promote the pawn or lose it, and would have suffered a fork if he promoted to Queen. And since K+2N can't force mate, it's possibly useful to look at K+3N, though I don't know OTTOMH how that compares in difficulty with K+B+N.
done it in 4 attempts
