Neat combination.  12. ..Qb7# also mates for the last move.  Wonder what the finish is if the king moves back to b1 on move 3, and likewise if he moves to c5 on move 6.

Of course, over the board, after 9. Kd7, most folks would simply take the white queen, i.e. 9. ..Rxd2 10. Rxd2 Bc3! skewering the black rooks and leaving white with a hopeless endgame.  Most folks stop looking for better once they find a certain win.
