Solved...aren't both the same? I prefer the first board :)

Thanks guys! They differ only in black's response.

Kapanova, just the opposite than me. Wink I only found the 2nd line in analysis afterwards, if it happened in the game, I'd have probably missed it. Tongue Out

NewArdweaden

Interesting stuff. And of course the second one is better, because you bring the rook also.

Good puzzles! 7.Ng4 is also mate in the first one Tongue Out

Oh, how could I miss that?! Thanks for pointing it out. I'm so sorry.

Yes NewArdweaden, I only included the first one because it happened in a game (not recent one, but one from 2012 I think). I agree with you completely! It is also compatible with the title. Laughing

Pulpofeira

Neward, I missed you! You only cares about chess here?

Kapanova

Also 6. Qf7+ Kd6 7. Qd7# in the first one.

And the only reason the second one was easier was because I got the general gist from the first one!  :)

Kapanova, another reason why only 2nd one should be included. I missed too many double responses for white. :)

RachelRima, thank you dear, I hope you enjoyed it (and found some new inspiration to beat Impossible). ;)
