You need the opponent to cooperate in orchestrating these check mates.  As Heinzie noted above, nothing is forced.

Actually, there are two (1... Kd3 ain't one of em though).

Oh oops, I forgot about that stupid pawn (heehee!).  Delete it and you've got the 2 mates...
