chess puzzles the same as tactics??

I've decided to rededicate this year back to chess. However since coming back to chess.com the app has changed significantly. I dont see tactics trainer anywhere, but I do see something for puzzles. Is it the same thing with a different name??

Yes. Puzzles = tactics.
