1. Qxf6 (experience tells you to always look at queen sac first) 1... gxf6 2. Rg8+ 2... Rxg8 3. Nxf7#.

Qxf6 Qf4+ Qxf4 can delay the mate to 5 moves...

Shoopi has the best move possible. If you're thinking Qxh6, then the Rg8+ doesn't work because of Nxg8.
