High level mistake

I was just watching a game from Week 5 of the US Chess League (relayed through chess.com live chess) with Molner-ARZ (IM - rated 2511) vs Kraai-SF (GM - rated 2567).  The following position came up.  Molner took the pawn (Bxe6?) and drew but a fellow in the chat (http://www.chess.com/members/view/Skeletizzle) spotted a winning tactic.

The full game can be seen here: http://www.chess.com/livechess/game?id=372624662

Where's the win after "You have solved this problem?"

Here's some analysis of the win to follow.

The title mentions a high level mistake, but it doesn't show where the mistake was made.

The IM missed the tactic and played 1. Bxe6.

I see. I wouldn't say it was a high level mistake as much as excellent tactical work by the person that spotted that tactic.

The post says this: "Molner took the pawn and drew".

Perhaps the mistake was Bxe6, seeing it is the only black pawn ready to be taken?
