Rdxd4 is the first move, where 1...Qxd4 2.Rxd4 exd4 is relatively best, where White is ahead material but has some work to do.
If 1...exd4? instead, 2.Qf6! threatens mate on g7. Black cannot check White, he cannot defend g7 except by ..Qe5 (where White just takes it), so he must capture via 2..Rxf6, but then his Re8 has no defender. Back row mate!
its pretty easy puzzle to be honest
