Every good idea has be taken man. There's really nothing to invent left 
Modern Defence with 1.d4: Broiled Spleen Gambit (very unsound, do not attempt if above 1800 (rapid). Most people below that rating will fall for the trap. In blitz or bullet, I can imagine this working into the mid-2000s.)
