Nope. The addition of the bishop doesn't change much. Black's 1...Bf6 is still better.
Not a good puzzle. Black is in no way forced to take the rook, and f6 destroys any mating net, reminding white that he is 2 pawns down

Wow. Looks like i have the wrong algebraic notation here too. That should say 1...Bc6.
