Here is a position I solved in my own game. And, no doubt, because I learned it on Tactics Trainer.

Not the most difficult, but it 'turned the tables' on my opponent.

Nice remove the defender of the fork-square theme.
I'm still trying to squeeze the most out of TT for free (3/day). Hit the plateau I think unless I utilize other ways to practice.

Nice! I'm a fan of the Tactics Trainer, too, it really widens one's tactical vision. Jex, I'd like to warmly recommend you an account-upgrade to enjoy the TT to the fullest - otherwise have a look at chesstempo, you might like it.

Thanks whatsupmate
I'm definately more of a book guy. Actually, one of the things I do to 'squeeze' out the most from TT is go over some old tactics I failed at, just to engrain the patterns in my mind.
First 3 months on chess.com took me from 1300 to 1600. The next 3 months only took me to the 1700's.

I'm not sure if you noticed. But I was down a piece for a pawn (-2 pawns). After this move, I was up 1 pawn and had the upper hand.

I do my 25 TT puzzles every day and the occassional Chess Mentor. The CM is a little more involved so I pick-up some 'deeper' stuff there.

On top of that I have a few books I've been working my way through.
