Here is the solution for #313 :

There is a position in my notebook and i don't remember anything about it . I think that it is a puzzle, because there is a note " white to play and win ", but there isn't  any solution there, and looking at the position, i can not find it .

I think 2 bishops can not win against 1 bishop .

Great ! Cool - there is no salvation for black in this line !  This must be the solution !  And what if  3...Kf5 instead of 3...Ke5 ? (edit - white easy win after 3...Kf5)

What exactly is a reverse help mate? Or a help mate in general for that matter?

As for #330 I just don't what black would do after b7
