    First, you wrote Ne5, but I think you meant Nd5.  So, after pawn takes Knight, black is material ahead and has a theoritical win.  Correct?

    I'm guessing 4. Qxe5! dxe5 5. Bh7+! Kxh7 6. Rxc7 and white comes out a piece ahead, since black can't protect both bishops. Although 6... Bxa3 7. Rxb7 Bxb2 gets two pawns as compensation in addition to the one lost earlier...
