I think it would have a double positive effect overall.....all the noob trolls that are here today and gone tomorrow or just trying to advertise a site would be gone, and all the low rated people would think they know what they are talking about could still talk but there would be some transparency at least....
True, seems like a good idea. Would stop people like 2Q multiple accounting like they do.

I think that you should have to play at least 100 games on chess.com at some time control before being allowed to post in the public forums......your rating is kind of like a credibility check and would let the rest of us know whether to take you seriously or not when you talk chess.
