i have yet another race this saturday, it's 2500m (1.5mi). we go one lap around a track then go into a forest with two small hills then take another lap around the 400m track. any tips besides to run fast?

Because it's the largest thread on the site. People like a fair share of my threads, but some of them just don't appeal to them like the largest chat thread, where anyone can jump in on a conversation.

Get our fast for your first lap, stay controlled yet fast in the forest and push the hills, and of course, kick the final lap for the best time.

*Gulp* I have to present a group project tomorrow, luckily it is about extinct animals.
Group projects are pretty easy. Presentations are hyped up to be nerve-wracking and everything, but they’re always super easy. At the end of the day, most people are asleep, and the other people who awake don’t care.
I just get through the days...
