When the military tells you you need to get vaccinated (or do anything else to prepare to do your service as ordered) and you refuse, it's basically the same as telling your sergeant "no, I won't charge that bunker".   That's a valid cause for discharge from the service.  There's a reason for the term "government issue" when referring to soldiers.  You give up most of your freedom to say "no, it's my body" when you enlist,

If a 3rd of the troops going to Iraq had refused to get their Anthrax vaccines, what should have happened to them?  Same thing.

   Marie, thank you for the smiley face. About 6 hrs after getting the booster I did get the chills. I cranked up the heat, wrapped myself in blankets and sat in front of a space heater for about 4 hrs.   They eventually went away....I'm fine now.
