Is this a problem with this site only? If so I'd request technical support from the "management" here.
Try using a different browser for starters, if you have the same problem with IE8, Firefox and Google Chrome you can probably rule out the browser as your problem.
Go to www.speedtest.net and www.pingtest.net to check the speed and reliability of your internet connection. You may need a faster connection (?) or a more reliable ISP. I don't know where this site is physically located, but it would help to know that when you run speedtest and pingtest, since they can check your connection from some other site near this one.
I cannot start Chess Blitz because I get a "continuous" disconnection. Is somebody out there trying to sabotage my games?
