make kimchi? its fermented cabbage, and it tastes wonderful with the right seasonings.

There's an old OTF proverb... "When life gives you cabbages.... make cabbage rolls"

Cabbage rolls are great. I made a version once with corned beef and mashed potatoes in them for St Patricks day.

~24 miles in freedom units, for Americans like myself. around 99 laps around a track.

I had to google. Very cool.

How long do you expect it to take? I call my bike The Donkey.

#27 I learned about hadrians wall literally this week. That would be a cool bike ride. Especially doing the full 80 miles

Normally it takes around 3 days, but I want to extend my time so that I can see my surroundings. I'm hoping to stretch it out to at least a week.

In Strava I've got myself 9 local legends... and one 2nd place finish by 2 sec.

I'm planning to do a ride from the alps (Salzburg) down to the Adriatic sea.

That's quite a journey. Sounds interesting though!

I'm Jealous. What bike do you have? does it have the special pedals where your shoes snap on to them or just the toe cages?

You all have way too much endurance. I could never bike for that long, at least not going at top speed. The most endurance I've ever spent was pushing around a bed on wheels for about a mile for a charity event for "Beds For Kids". I was exhausted by the end, too... 😅
