Here is another question. This has happened on a 9mm as well as the S&W. After I cock back one in the chamber, I would release the mag and then cock the chamber back so the one bullet would fly out. Why is it that sometimes there are two in the chamber? In other words, If I didn't cock one back again I would not have known there was another bullet in the chamber? or was the second one just lodged in there?
