How not to be an introvert.

I need advice.

To be more specific how do I walk up to someone who's cool.

I believe you are misunderstanding the definition of “introvert”. And introvert is someone who gets energy from alone time, and an extrovert is a person who gets energy from being surrounded by people. Everyone has a little bit of both of these qualities in them, but most people have one much more dominantly. There’s not really a way to “not be” an introvert if you generally has more introverted qualities, but if you are introverted you can spend time alone to get more energy, then you’ll feel more energized when you’re with other people and be able to more easily interact with them. If you want to talk to more people, you can start by making more friends, as friends are more comfortable to interact with. You can make more friends by being nice in general (people notice this I promise) but also approaching strangers. You don’t need to be confident to talk to strangers, because confidence isn’t something you are, it’s something you do. I hope you learned something from this and I hope you get to make amazing friends 🙂

Thank you for this. Other people view me as an introvert but I generally enjoy talking to others. It comes down to being confident enough to put myself out there and talking to people.

Of course, I totally get it. Just remember confidence isn’t a gene or personality or anything, it’s purely something you do. Be confident enough to be nice to people you don’t know, start easy conversations whenever you see them, that kind of thing. I can give more ideas for how to approach people if your still interested!

Why change? Your perception of reality as you know it happens inside you. Or do you not like yourself?

You have evolved or millions of years, have you not? Us humans need to adapt to our environments in order to lead the highest quality of lives. If not, then...idk actually. Eugenics? I really hope not.
