Yeah I do with a tomato sauce and pasta. Also I like it in soups. I have recently read here https://betterme.world/articles/low-cholesterol-soups/ that it can be such a healthy combo because it low in cholesterol and can make u full for a long period of time. So meatballs lover can cheick it !
