Then why don’t you unfollow this thread and leave?

Because i liked this thread from starting... as title attracts me-- "love" people who have problem with "love" they should unfollow this thread and leave.

This thread certainly does not have anything to do with “love” anymore. I doubt the topic of “love” won’t be brought up on this forum anytime soon.

Yes some people changed this beautiful thread as they are against this feeling from starting....

That’s something I disagree with. This thread was never “beautiful”, lol. It started out “cringey” and totally unrelated to chess.

Really, why is that? I don’t remember much of the movie (as I saw it quite a long time back), but I don’t remember it being bad.

I also watched it really long ago. Hate in the sense, you know cried a lot. No offense but I found it scary, emotional, and scary, since I was just like 8 years old when i watched the movie, and an eight year old is not prepared for life and death situations

There are so many threads and not related with chess.... but they are nice sometimes

I agree with that. There are a lot of interesting threads that aren’t related to chess, but this forum isn’t one of them.

Oh wow. Why did you watch it when you were so young?
I watched the movie when I was about 11. My mom recommended it. I remember it to be scary and think-a-lot-about-it movie.
When was eight, I watched AI: Artificial Intelligence (Spielberg). It was one of the few movies that brought me to tears.

Another movie that impacted me a lot was Saving Private Ryan. Again, I watched it when I was about 11 (my parents didn’t let me watch the first 20 minutes of the movie for obvious reasons), and the movie was stuck in my head for nearly a week. There were some scenes of the movie that I couldn’t stop thinking about.

You know when everyone else is watching a movie and you are supposed to be sitting in the room thinking of glitter and all that I don't see how you can not by mistake trip into the room where the movie is going on, and then accidentally drop on the floor and hurt your knee and sit your butt there for some time, waiting for your knee to get all right, and by mistake watch the movie. Anyways, yes, it sure was a think a lot about it movie, because half the time I was like "What's the guy with the brown hair even saying?" but you know, it did bought me to tears.

Oh, so you weren’t supposed to watch the movie, lol. That would make more sense. I was wondering why you’d watch such a movie at such a young age.

no one's supposed to watch a movie when they are 8, they just go and do it. Because when you are 8, you are basically just supposed to name your soft toys

But that was the directors intention. To think about the movie long after you watch it. As I said, my parents told me close my eyes during the first 15 minutes of the movie. I later found out that scene had a lot of gore. There’s that one scene during the end that I’ll never forget, when one of the soldier gets slowly stabbed in the chest.
I have a copy of Schindler List that I haven’t watched yet. Perhaps this weekend, since I don’t want to feel depressed today.

That was a great movie alright! Same with GOOD MORNING VIETNAM! Both good ones, and I’m not for war one bit.
