I see your point to be good at something (to be good at being the lowest level of intelligence), making yourself in full control of a recognisable identity
but. you cannot tell, you cannot pretend to be lowest level of intelligence, cause it is not UP TO YO. only other can tell and testify. else, it would be too easy, and you illusion yourself in pretention to mastering on something you don' have control on it.
Believe me.

The lowest level isn’t about “How many questions you can’t answer”,such as not knowing 1+1
It isn’t about making random decisions in any situation
Yes,I know it’s complicated
But imagine a being that is new to this world,or more like a newborn baby or animal
Do you consider them the lowest?In my opinion,its not.
Because they’re just new.If you encounter a math problem as a linguistics guy you are just likely can’t answer it.
Is it the ones who always forget things?No,because they’re just beside the point of this topic.Forgetting things and Intelligence is not the same same thing
What about ones with loose minds?Still no.They must have encountered things they’re incapable of comprehending it.Hence going into a long string of thoughts
