America is bonkers. If I was president of America I'd make it illegal to own a gun and anyone who is seen with one gets life in prison.
No idea why someone hasn't thought of that already.

3 That's technically impossible due to the American Constitution (Amendment II). (Also life in prison for having a gun at all seems rather extreme a penalty.)

#3 gun violence is a problem in other countries too, making it illegal doesn't mean bad people won't get guns. a black market would form within hours of guns being illegal (and has for automatic weapons and certain modifications)

Just amend the constitution or smth who cares. Apparently the sentence is 7 years here so maybe do that instead of life idk

Owning guns is a freedom that Americans have, its purpose is so that the people can uprise against their government if they need to, if the government is abusing their power.
Some people argue that if you don’t have the right to own a gun then your not really free.

It has been thought of, and has been proven very successful. Unfortunately for us, we cling to an outdated Constitution to keep guns with people like Charlie Kirk saying “The gun deaths and school shootings we have every year are necessary to keep guns.”

Back then you could get cut with a sword and have a chance to regenerate the wound, a bullet will change your life or end it
#3 Unconstitutional. 2nd amendment rights. Also, if you think getting rid of guns would solve the problem, remember the guys shooting people with the guns are willing to break the law anyway. So, then I won't have a way to defend myself from them. Also, gun violence would probably be replaced with something else.

Yesterday there was a MASS SHOOTING at valley fair.My sister and her friends were gonna go to Valley Fair,but decided not to(and that was before the shooting) because of my mom had things to do.If they had gone,they would be dead.
