I think the onus is on you to prove that the earth is flat. So far, you have not.
You can be sure that the Flat Earthers have an "explanation" for that, one which is inconsistent with basic geometry.

All those can be proven to a competent person. They can't be proven to someone who is unable to follow rational argument. It's like the challenge of proving to a goldfish that 7 x 5 = 35.

If you think it's easier to convince noodles that the Earth is not flat than convincing a goldfish that 7 x 5 = 35, have a go!
I have seen noodles claim that "perspective" makes the Sun disappear. I explained that the size of the Sun doesn't change much so that is nonsense, but all I got were some bubbles being blown.
Note that sunset (and the setting of many other astronomical objects) could occur on a flat Earth if it rotated (or the entire sky rotated), but it could not be in the right place for all locations.
Good morning. I am looking at the sun rise and the moon still shinning in the sky. Is that due to the suns rays reflecting off the moon. I think not.
Forget about flat earth. I have no idea what the exact shape/form the earth is for I have never seen it in its entirety. The 1892 Gleason map is assumed to be the most accurate flat earth map and ironically enough it is practically identical to the UN logo/map of the world.
However, whatever the true shape of the earth is, it is certainly not what we were all told in school to believe.
Many claim there is more land beyond what they refer to as Antarctica, hence the Antarctic Treaty that forbids any/all private/public exploration below the 60th southern parallel.
No one has all the answers, however, so-called flat earthers do not look into so-called heliocentric outer space for them. If heliocentric space was real then why does NASA need to fake their alleged outer space adventures?
I think that is where most people begin to question(NASA) what they were told to believe without question.
It is certainly a solo endeavor that will lead wherever one decides to investigate.
The question I think MelvinGarvey raised was about truth.
Does one seek truth no matter the consequences?
Or
Does one seek comfortable lies masquerading as truth?
Only the individual themselves can answer that.
Takes about an hour of investigation with an open mind in order to discern the facade/charade called NASA.

The Rothschild banking dynasty(cartel) has a private bank(federal reserve) in every nation/country in the world with perhaps 2 or 3 exceptions.
So, if one looks at these governments as basic puppets then it really is not difficult to discern why they have conflicts/agreements.

MG - several years ago the CEO of YouTube was brought before a government board and told to squash the flat earth movement. Countless vids/docs/channels were deleted overnight and new algorithms were put in place and numerous globe propaganda channels/vids flooded the platform etc.
Now they want people to search flat earth because it leads them directly where they want them to go. Nowhere!

You can see from dozens of posts that I have followed this principle, but all the times that noodles has ignored all reasoning he can understand, and immediately goes into distraction mode has brought me to the realisation that noodles will never stop being delusional.

Had you looked into FE back in 2015/2016 you would have seen something much different.
When you search FE on the internet you will be directed to how ridiculous it is. Showing some floating disk in outer space etc. etc. etc.
The PTB have spared no expense fighting to keep a lid on it.
You make the mistake of thinking that what noodles believes has any level of consistency. His beliefs are emotional reactions rather than a set of rational propositions.
Also, I note that you are instinctively argumentative for its own sake. Better to see what you can agree with rather than just disagreeing with everything (like you are playing chess). 
Actually, the astronomical societies/programs/organizations worldwide, hence, where the majority of information concerning the cosmos derives is directed and disseminated by Jesuit astronomers. Afterall, it was a Jesuit priest that invented the Big Bang Theory.
