I'm saying this cuz I was completely winning and I messaged him also imagine urself at his place if I message u, u will get a red mark in the chats section and isn't it weird that someone is offering u a draw when they r winning

I agree. If accepting mistakenly-sent draw offers enters into the equation, it's no longer a matter of outplaying your opponent.

They can accept but u have no right to accept it when it was sent by mistake now I won't say this same thing I end this here

why? you might have send it accidentally, but that doesn't mean the other person is forced to decline the draw.

They aren't forced to decline it but declining would be the right thing to do since it isn't a drawled position and the opponent didn't mean to offer a draw in the first place
