Yep... She needs to take the consequence for whatever she did that breaks the community policy. No way of stopping the possibly-perma-mute.
When a user has an alternate account and one account gets muted, the other account will be muted as well.
I hope everyone knows by now, users typically get muted when they violate the community policy.
