Pro tip. If you like a slice in your G&T the purists recommend cucumber. But if that's a bit pretentious for you and you prefer citrus choose lime, not lemon. The acid in lemon reacts with the quinine in tonic distorting the flavour, whereas the acid in lime does not.
I only eat raw vegan tacos with lime and gin anyways.
