Maybe a more accurate question is not *who* is responsible, but *what*. Here's one hypothesis:
Gender-bending chemicals putting our future at risk
queers have always been queer.
they have most often run schools or gyms where boys are.
they should have kept to their own kind and not hurt children.
instead thru good opportunity they won a place in the anglican church in in government and the bbc.
