Some people really don't care about winning and losing or their rating all that much. They are trying to play good moves.
Others get happy no matter how badly they are being beaten if they win on time.
I am guessing it was this game. It looks like it was a good game. If I had been playing it as black, I would mostly be disappointed that I was losing.
lol i just played a blitz game where my opponent had 3 minutes and i had 20 secs and i won on time!
