ØbJëCTĨve: create music with “soul and human input”
total clanker death
words cannot express my hatred for suno ai words cannot describe the utter absolute hate i feel for suno ai even ams speech about hate cannot describe the hatred i feel for that hellspawn of a "technology" where is the tech in replacing everything human tech is supposed to make our lives better all generative ai has done is make the artistic process muddied and poisoned the well the well that is the internet one of the best inventions of humanity the web the net is being destroyed by the tech that was supposed to do our dishes and clean our room and was the laundry its making the music we listen to and the art we look at so we clean our room and was the laundry and do the dishes bloody mental bruv
wait her new album actually sounds like AI and sucks
The only only goodish song in it is "The Fate of Ophelia"
But suno made a monkey saying ty on a doorbell cam then it got kidnapped by scp 096
an unholy amalgamation of humanity that no living being was supposed to even think about is what you described
One, you can make music if you want to, even if AI exists. It’s not exactly stopping you from learning it. So unless I’m missing something here, there’s no reason you’d be stopped from learning music and becoming a musician.
Two, science projects are the reason humankind isn’t extinct. The people that consistently managed to create fire had their science project drastically improve their tribe’s capabilities. Science projects yielded us democracy, education, and, funnily enough, science. Science projects are the hallmark of the human race. And Sam Altman is justified in his rank and wealth. Could you have spearheaded and indirectly caused the popularisation of a technology long ignored? Would you have even tried to develop something like ChatGPT?
Three, AI poses no threat to art. AI possesses the ability to create works of great aesthetic value, certainly, but it does not have anything to express, so its output cannot be considered a form of creative expression. I don’t see why a human being can’t think of something and decide how they want their work to be, and ask AI to help with the generation of the physical form. And I’ll remind you that photography was considered a threat to art as well.
Four, I don’t think AI will be getting any rights anytime soon, and I’m opposed to giving it any. The purpose of our creations is to serve us and enable us to reach greater levels of capability, and that is the reason for their creation. Sentient, or not so, if the entire purpose of your existence is to be employees, then you shall only be employees.
HUMANITY FIRST RAHHHH 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Did you even read the comment above yours, Ryuha?
#31 I don't read the text wall, clakeRr🤠
I broke it up into paragraphs, and you spelled “clanker” wrong. Plus, I wrote it by myself with no assistance from anyone else.
#35 "lalalala i can't hear you!!!" ahh 😭
like i agree that ai is generally a bad thing (mostly it taking jobs from people who would be producing something, most common example being art), but you don't need to be so rude to someone you disagree with, considering they're being respectful
Listen, I'm not about to start the Clu Clank Clan, but ai is not replacing us. I'm not anti-robot but I don't want them replacing humans. At this rate, we'll have robotic surgeons and what not (It's a horrible idea). Robots can do whatever the hell they want, but they ain't taking our jobs and they ain't replacing our art/music.
Oh yeah and mini pekka would die :(
how do you feel after listening to ai generated "music" how do you feel after listening to a melody that has no soul no human input its not even pop music at least that has human input at least bruno mars or sabrina carpenter no matter how stale their music is at least it has a human writing and producing and mixing it but ai its just a machine its just a clanker a clanker that scraped the internet because daddy tech said so how does that make you feel that a technology that was supposed to improve our lives and do our chores for us so we could do what we want to do do what we do want to do making music and art
