Hello,

My account (diamond) was automatically renewed, which I didn't know and don't appreciate. I did enjoy the premium membership at first, but don't use if often enough anymore to continue the diamond version. Also, it was much more expensive than the first year.

I request a refund and want to end my diamond membership. I'm still within the 30 days refund, seen from the renewal date. A free basic membership is enough for me at the moment.

Please be sure to change the dropdown menu from "general" to "billing" to ensure that your ticket goes to the right department :)

That was answered in post #40 where staff gave a link. You have to contact billing directly.

please for me also i dont have enough money currently so refund other than videos are not much helpful in diamond
