My chess games on game explorer?

    I signed up to the premium account, and when i go to 'explore my games' i see the master games pop up, but when i choose 'my games' it still says i have no games to show?  How do i get my games to pop up?

    That's all I have to do to see my games in the game explorer. The problem I think you're having is that the explorer only has Online Chess games in it, not Live Chess games.

    It doesn't show me any of my games, whether online or live.  I don't know what to do.

    I can see all my online games but no live games.

    I have the same problem and this is frustrating cause exploring "my games" is one of the best options there used to be on chess.com...Please do something about this issue!

    Games Explorer will be back soon, its not working at the moment as we're uploading member live chess games too it.

    please update us, Kohai, when we will be able to view our games.

    If game explorer works anytime it will be great but if anybody as an approximation for when game explorer will show our games, that would be even better.

    Games Explorer is still not available for me and hasn't been for some time. Chess.com are still advertising it as a benefit for paying Members, but I suppose they've got my money already...

    Kohai is fighting a losing battle, so one can't  blame her at all, but Chess.com has NOT performed adequately over the last few months, with a disastrous revamp, zero communication, unmoderated Forums with all sorts of obscene stuff getting through  and a complete failure to look after their paying customers.

    It will be their loss and is very unfortunate.

    What other chess sites are better than this one?  There definitely are better ones, but they have escaped my notice.

     Being ignored is the most irritating aspect of this site's "customer service".

    6 more Posts to this "Premium Members" Forum, yet Chess.com can't be bothered to reply!

    Maybe they don't have anything to say.  Kohai said they were updating the game explorer and that may or may not be the truth, but its all we need to know for now.  What they say will not change what is.

    If you're happy with the service, then good for you.

    For $100 per year the service is poor, full stop!

    I am not complaining about service.  I'm complaining about one of the features I pay for not working.  That is what this forum is about.

    If it's in the process of being developed, I could somewhat understand.

    But the long standing explanation that the games are in the process of being uploaded doesn't make a lot of sense to me as a database software developer.  The games are already in electronic form.  Importing them can't take much time once the feature is developed.

    Completely agree; why annoy Premium Members for such an issue?

    I have tried to respond to all of your tickets within a reasonable amount of time (when I haven't been on a plane or off sick).

    Erik did post in the forums about this:

    "games are being continually added. we had to do some MAJOR changes to how we do game explorer, so we have to re-import all games. it will take several weeks to get them all back in - there are like 250 million games :( "
