Depends on your level and what you are looking for.

Gothamchess puts much effort into instruction and entertainment. So he is a good one to follow as a beginner or club player.

Hikaru is definitely the strongest streamer. However, he does not provide much formal instruction. If you are an experienced and strong player, you will benefit from watching how he handles openings and middlegames. However, he will not be very accessible to players rated below 2000.

Anna Cramling posts a lot of entertaining videos. And when she plays in a tournament, her GM mother provides an hours-long lesson, analyzing the game.

Just keep in mind the Cow opening she endorses is bad especially for beginners being mislead otherwise.

I cast my vote for Nelson Lopez, ChessVibes. He explains all of his moves while playing in a very slow, clear way. Gotham is great, but a lot of the games he covers are at such high level, I can hardly relate. Nelson is very humble, admitting immediately when he didn't anticipate an opponent's move. He's a NM, so definatley has the skill level to teach us mere mortals.

What the way forward to improvement in chess guys and why is it that no matter how one study, learn one still feel stuck like a poor player, but with time improvement will shock the person

If you want to learn select a Coach.

And the result is an incredible amount of cringe. So he is a good one to follow if you love cringe and you don't mind being lied to.
