Do you feel like they make you use all these club, forum, friends, chat, etc. features?
Chess.com ---> Social media platform??
Do any of you feel like chess.com has become more of a social media platform? I mean, with all these club, forum, friends, chat, etc. features. I mean, it’s a subtle pressure about moving from a chess platform to a game. I do feel so, and after dabbling in all of this, I'm going back to plain chess.
The site started as a social media platform. It didn't have the ability to play initially.
