if you didn't see this topic previously it's because i was muted soon after creating it. here is the email i received:

so, they would like me to acknowledge where i violated tos. now, i'm here almost every day and can't remember ever single post i make. and if i'm muted, all my content disappears, so how am i to know what was perceived as a violation? i write 'perceived' boldly because, looking at the email, i did not spam, hijack, troll, etc. the irony is that a mod stepped in in a different topic of mine to write the rules. i responded that he was spamming, and now that comment is gone, so that was what probably what, um, 'annoyed' the mod enough to mute.
per their third paragraph, i responded to their email within just a few hours. three days later it seems i am automatically reinstated because no one at cc wrote back to me.
i hope someone, anyone from staff sees this and recognizes how frustrating this is.
The situation is sadly a nonsense. I checked the status of the delicate snowflake a couple of hours after my now 'disappeared' post in your other thread. The thread I referenced as being more worthy of moderation was still continuing and still full of abuse from its OP. They were 'In live'. Not enough work to do obviously. Unlike you I did receive a response, but after my mute had finished, with all the protestations of a high volume of tickets and apologies. It is a transparent fabrication. That's a wordy euphemism for lie in case anyone reading is unsure. Instead of raising any more issues of concern I am off now to start several new threads so that I can hide in the crowd of harmless members who act in accordance with the sites wishes:
1.Hi guys I'm Strangemover AMA!
2.Can we reach 1000 posts?!
3.Face reveal!
4.The new best word game ever!
5.zgbwjghtyubd
6.Counting game (with trophies!)
7.a
8.e
There will be more to follow but I have not yet ploughed the full depths of my banality.
can any staff member explain why, after a muting, i receive alerts for current, active topics, but the last post might appear from months ago? i received an alert today where the last post was from july 2020 when i clicked on it. i remember many posts after that, including some of mine.
which brings me to this. drspud had a great suggestion regarding a mute. just mute and delete the offensive post. there is no need to make other posts invisible, and reinstating one after a mute results in the experience i described above, as well as result in missing pages in topics and conversations that then cannot be followed.
Or maybe ask why this thread has been in the forum for days now.

Apparently "naming and shaming" now extends to threads.
this is a continuation of my last topic regarding site issues. personally, i think it was a mistake to lock the other topic, but i can't talk about it publicly. i waited about a week to see if my appeals would reverse the lock. obviously, they did not.
staff regularly tells members to submit tickets, but individual experiences might not be as informative as a topic where many members collectively discuss issues.
for example, the help tab on the bottom left of the page goes to links where "contact us" is a bot. it should be easier for people to report. hence, my topics.
that the responses to me asking why the last topic was locked were basically sloughed off shows, in my opinion, that staff is detached from moderation and really doesn't put much effort into site issues that members present unless they are major bugs.
quite a fail, in my opinion.
speaking of fails, please stay on topic. the "reason" the last topic was locked was explained as going off-topic.
