Hi,
I've been a user of chess.com since 2008. A few years ago (maybe 3 or 4) I started manually going through all of the games I played and tracking the places around the world I have played someone in through a simple google doc. Now I see that the website has the passport feature that does this for me, which is nice, however it doesn't backlog the passports from my past games as far as I can tell. My request would be to have it check your past games to give you credit for people you've played before the passport system was started. That would kind of make sense I think.

There are billions of games in the database, and a lot of active members. It's seems that would be pretty computationally expensive to generate and just because a member has a flag now, doesn't mean that's the flag they had when you played them.
That said, the insights feature has a way to see that data, but it's only generated and available to Diamond members.
Most achievements are only available from the release date of the achievement and that includes passports and books
