chess database

I am curious why chess.com does not have a game explorer database made up of chess.com games?  Options right now include master games, your own games, or the games of a specific player.  I would find it interesting to also have a database of all chess.com games played (with the option to select correspondence/online only) between players rated 2000 or higher.

Maybe the reason is related to the high number of cheaters in the 2000+ rated players?

That does not bother me. Database would still be valuable/interesting.

It's definitely in the plans to make the Game Explorer more robust moving forward, but I don't have a timetable. We have just recently added most of the correspondence games for each player. 

I've passed your idea forward to the developers though, so that it can be included in the thought process for upgrading :)

I also would like a custom range date when I search my games. It would be interesting to see if I am getting better results with the openings that i have been working on. If Chess.com could give me the option to explore my games for the last year or the last 90days that would be very helpful.
