It should stay on the "new" Chess.com. Can I ask you what browser you're using? (And if you use private mode on the browser — if you do that, it won't stay on the new version.)
"New" Look for Chess.com
Well I am using Google Chrome now. I have Internet Explorer at the office, and on both browsers, it switches back and forth between the old and new chess.com. I am not sure if if I am using "private mode" as I am not sure what that is.
Actually, now it has reverted to the "old" chess.com and I don't see any way to get it back to the "new" version.
You don't see the "Try the new chess.com" on the bottom of the page? Should that be the case, you can go to chess.com/switch and it should take you to the new version.
Private surfing is when the browser doesn't keep track of the browser history, or any cookies set (information on where you're logged in, various settings for webpages, and so on), after you stop browsing. (It's handy if you use someone else's computer, for example.)
Maybe you could try and clear your cookies (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en) and see if that helps?
Where is the little green square to indicate your opponent is on line when you are playing against them? The little green square is visible when viewing all your on-line games, but not on a a particular game.
I recently discovered the "new" chess.com., the redesigned interface. I like it. But my chess.com goes back and forth between the old and new. How do I choose a setting so that it stays on the "new" chess.com ? I don't see any links for it.
