hey guys, I just need some tips as to how to encounter a loss in a complete winning position as I really have had some frustrating moments lately

I don't think you meant to say "how to encounter a loss in a completely winning position"-- almost any position can be lost with only a minimum of effort.  ("Encounter" means to meet unexpectedly or by chance.) Most of us have done it many, many times.

Perhaps you meant "how to avoid a loss in a completely winning position"?

It might be easier if you gave an example.  Do you drop pieces? Lose pawn up endings? Lose on time?  

It looks like you mainly play bullet chess. Major blunders go with the territory.
