Riyadh chess tournament 26th-30th December

so there's a chess tournament in Riyadh started today with many of the top players. Trying to find out info. So far all I've got is that it's at the APEX convention centre. Nothing on tickets, prices, or even if it's open to the public. Anyone know anything?
I'm in Saudi, so I'd like to go.
