Tournament withdrawal mystery

Hi there, I entered my first tournament today. I played my first game (lost) and was waiting for my next game to start. I went to quickly check my Daily games, then tried to return to the tournament, but there was no sign of it!? I definitely did NOT click “Withdraw” ! I can’t even see the tournament on the active list now, even though I know it’s still going on... what happened? Why didn’t it warn me that if I left (even for a few seconds), that would count as a withdrawal!? Seems a tad unfair... 🙁
PS I should add... I use the Apple (iOS) Chess.com app, not the desktop/website version of Chess.com - not sure if that makes a difference?? Thanks
Reloaded app, and appear to be still in the tournament after all... but definitely no sign of it before I did that, so I assume it's a bug...🤔
So my next game started... I sat there for 20+ minutes, waiting for them to make their first move... decided to check out their profile, only to see I’d lost the game due to “abandonment”, after I didn’t respond to their first move!? WTF? This is a farce... the iOS app appears to have way too many bugs??
