Hi Team,

Below is a List of Rules to follow if u r playing Vote Chess with our Team :

1) Everyone is Most Welcome to join in.( Open Rating)

2) Every Team Member is Welcome to make Move Suggestions and participate in our Discussions ... We Welcome All Sincere and Beneficial Discussions ... We do not hv Ratings Discrimination but it wld be wise to give extra consideration to Very High Rated Players which will most likely be beneficial to ustho we definitely will consider and discuss all Moves Suggested( good or bad,with explanations)

.. and Plz Read All Comments/Move Suggestions before making further Comments so u know what is going on and we don't hv to repeat ourselves unnecessarily.

3)Plz Refrain from/Do Not Vote until we have finalised/agreed upon a Best Move after our Discussions ... Some Members prefer convenience so they make any move they like/think is good so that they don't hv to return to vote the move agreed upon by the Team after Discussions but this is not good and wld spoil our Team Efforts and may even cause us to loose the Game !

.. Post All Move Suggestions as early as possible so we can discuss n' analyse and only Vote after it's 24 hrs before Time's up ( for Votes Tallying ) or when our Vote Chess Captains give the Signal to Vote .

.. If u make Random Votes,the Wrong Move may get to be of the Highest Percentage and get voted tru ,and we may not hv enuf Members who hv not voted yet or enuf Time before Votes Tallying ,to correct it and we wld need to post Group Messages/Notes to ask Other Group Members to join that Vote Match and vote the Move we want ,to save our Game ! ( If there's too little time left,this won't work either)

.. but Sometimes,because of Time Constraint,if we r running very low on Time and no one has made any Move Suggestions ,u can vote the move u think is Best to avoid us loosing on Time .

4)If u do not wish to participate in our Discussions but juz be a 'By Stander' ,that's ok too tho wld be great if u cld help by voting the Move that we hv agreed on ,after Discussions.

5)The Purpose of these Games is for us to Share,Contribute,Learn,Practise our Chess Playing/Skills/Knowledge so Plz Do Not feel bad if yr Suggested Move/Plan did not get agreed upon ...We Work together to analyse and arrive at the Best Moves/Plan and to WIN !!! ( hopefully/if possible ) .. and Kindly avoid making personal Attacks/Hurtful Remarks/Destructive Criticism whist Discussing/Making Comments.

6)Plz Copy n' Paste the Votes Results for All to see and consider ,after u have made yr Vote or alternatively,write down the % and number of Votes Cast to inform Team Members7

7)Plz Do not ever vote 'Resign' at any stage in the Game, ( tho it's yr Right to ...) coz :

1) there may other Team Members who would like to play to the End (whatever their Reasons are ) ,even if we r in a hopelessly lost position and Plz Do Not assume that others do not realise/see this if they want to continue playing ...

11)We may Win on Time if our Opponent times out ... Recently we Won a Lost Game this way ... nothing Wrong as it is not our fault and well within the Rules.

8) Always remember to tick/check the 'Notify me of New Comments' Box before the Game begins,so u know/r notified when Someone makes a Comment/Move Suggestion .
