Disney's animated film "The Lion King" is one of the most successful animated movies of all time. The beloved characters are easily recognized by children the world over. The story focuses on the family of Simba, the lion cub whose destiny it is to become king. He is the son of King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi, the rulers of the Pride Lands. After Mufasa meets his death at the hands of his brother Scar, Simba runs away. Sarabi must hold the Pride Lands together under Scar's brutal rule until the triumphant return of her son.
