Hi, I’m Max, and I’m 11 years old! Chess is my biggest passion, and I spend a lot of time studying, playing, and trying to improve my game. Ever since I first learned how the pieces move, I’ve been hooked on the strategy, planning, and intense battles that take place on the board.

I love analyzing classic games from legends like Garry Kasparov and Bobby Fischer, learning their strategies, and figuring out how I can apply them to my own play. Right now, I’m working on mastering openings like the Sicilian Defense and the Ruy-Lopez, but I also enjoy tricky gambits that catch my opponents off guard. My favorite part of chess is the endgame—it’s where every little decision matters, and I love finding the perfect way to finish a match strong.

Outside of chess, I still love solving puzzles and playing strategic video games. I also enjoy drawing, especially creating chess-related artwork or designing imaginary chess positions. In school, science and history are my favorite subjects. Science helps me think logically and solve problems, while history fascinates me—especially learning about famous chess battles and how the game has evolved over time.

One of my biggest dreams is to someday become a chess grandmaster. I want to compete in major tournaments, study under great players, and keep pushing myself to improve. But even if I don’t reach the highest levels, I know chess will always be a big part of my life—it’s more than just a game, it’s a way of thinking.
