Hi, I'm Rose. I'm a FIDE Master (FM). I earned the title when I reached 2300 FIDE in January 2024. This happened a few weeks before my 15th birthday. Now I'm working towards the IM title. I still have zero IM norms.

When I'm not studying chess, I enjoy reading, running, working in the garden, and playing with my 2 little brothers.  My favorite school subjects are English, history, geography, & psychology. 

Typically I run at least one mile per day.  Somedays I'll run 4 or 5 miles.  Usually I run on the treadmill.  But I like running outside as well.  Most commonly I run at about 8:20 mile pace.  Probably I could go faster if it were a race.
