At a young age, I learnt how to play Chinese chess. When I went to school, I bragged proudly that i knew how to play chess. Yet when I went to the chess club, almost everything was different. When I came home, I accused my dad of not teaching me properly. He was surprised because he had. He realised that the chess club taught international chess. I decided to choose international chess rather than Chinese chess and so that is why I am here today.
