CM and WIM with WGM norm, x4 Olympian and youngest ever National Woman Champion of Jamaica. I went through the plateau phase myself, I can teach you how to get out of it too.

After gaining my WFM and CM titles in 2015, I hit my plateau. Over the course of 4 years I tried earning the WIM title, but instead I ended up with 4 WIM norms and winning the WFM title 9 times. It was frustrating, and I tried every method to reach the next stage, until I finally found one that works. Afterwards, in 2019, I gained the WIM title along with a WGM norm and I almost won the FM title at the same time. Now I want to share this method with my students so that they can get out of the plateau phase too.

I am a 20 year old student currently attending Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. I am originally from Jamaica, but I have been playing chess in Canada for the past 6 years. Outside of training and teaching, I manage "Chess and Health", an organization that teaches chess to hospital patients to improve their cognitive health.

My rate is $20 USD / $27 CAD per hour. If you are interested in receiving lessons, email me at rachelmiller44@hotmail.com or message me on chess.com or LinkedIn.
