Nice to hear about Team South Africa and allow membership also to lower rated players.  This adds motivation to improve my game!   I am based in east of Pretoria living on a small farm where I am able to breed Labradors, show and work them.  I am chairman of the Labrador Club in South Africa, so this is my main hobby.   I learned to play chess as a child before school but never attended any formal training.  I guess I never took it serious enough but at times have done well for my level.  Hope to improve on my level so I can make a positive contribution to the team. Well done to Malan for initiative, although I don't even know you - true leadership!
